Started 10 years ago right here at the shop with our team, this STI has been across the country and back as a rolling shell. We got the opportunity to purchase it and finish what was started. Laying down 550WHP and 436TQ, this monster is an experience to look at and drive. Special thank you to YZ Yuan for letting us finish what he started many years ago.
This was a build started by a close friend, who had taken the car almost to the finish line before moving to the west coast of Canada and towing it with him. The build sat in a garage for 6+ years untouched before we purchased it and shipped it back home. We needed to wire the car, run the fuel system, complete the interior/cage/seats and some other minor fabrication. Many hours went into making the little details function. Running a tune from the man Alex at Boost Controlled Performance in Michigan, we got it running after almost ten years. As a team we felt that the car needed to have our touch put on the exterior. The rear bumper was changed to an authentic ZeroSports, the front to an authentic Cusco and the wheels swapped to Work Emotion XD9 wrapped in Toyo R888 tires.
